Mp4 I am getting disk error with my mp3 player i made a mistake and erased everything from off my mp4 player. When tried to put more music onto it. When i opened the music section it said Disk Error if any one has a solution plzz help

My ACTIONS HS MP4 USB Flash Disk has a lean screen. i switched on for the first time and the top edge slant from left to right. checked the Menu Options but no luck. i know you can scare up a normal monitor screen but dont know how to sort this one out.

Connect the mp3 player to PC by a usb cable ..then in my computer right click and format the mp3 player..
