I bought two MP3/MP4 touch screen 32G players from hong kong and cannot load a video...Ive tried AVI, MPEG4, and AMV file formats and the players says file format not found..ive even tried different movies thinking it was a bad movie(no luck)..I am soooo lost. PLEASE HELP IM PULLING MY HAIR OUT
