Unfortunately, it's probably the power supply board inside that 's going bad. If it's still in warranty take it back. If it's not in warranty, find a TV repair shop and get an estimate before bringing it in. Also try to find reviews on the repair shop. Unless you know a Electronic Technician or Engineer that will do it for you. If you don't know Electronics, don't try to open it up, there are hazardous voltages even in today's flat screen TV's. The hazardous voltages are there even when the unit is unplugged!
