These are pressed bearings and you have to put the head in a vice (carefully as it is cast aluminum) and use clamps to keep in in place while you hammer on the driving shaft flange (where the blades attach) it is a slow process, there is a locking spring that has to be released first. Then when the pressed bearing is loose you will still have to tap until the shaft comes out of the level (part with two prongs). afterwards you must pry out the armature carefully with a screw driver against the fan, be careful, this tool is not really meant to be worked on by us owners, obviously, and for this reason it sucks big time,
