Mustang gt 5.0 inside passenger side car in motion auto trans in drive or neutral, knocking noise heard from transmission area
Noise is continuous now, was intermitant, car has 110 k miles, seems to be motion related. I boughtm it second hand, had all ignition parts replaced, car had the noise when I got it, but was intermitant. I had the exhaust replaced and 2 exhaust leaks repaired. One was at the exhaust manifold.

Check your torque converter bolts/nuts.
and if it ONLY makes the noise when it's in neutral or drive NOT moving I'd suspect a front pump torque converter. You can unhook the torque converter to isolate this diagnosis... If it ONLY happens when the vehicle is in motion you might be looking in the wrong place
