Hi! The MXL 990 doesn't work on my analogue preamp with a jack plug (see picture below). Am I missing something here? Do I need another cable/customized preamp or something?!? You probably realize by now: I am a prize example n00b.

PS - I am not using the Audio Buddy, just the mic and a "normal" mic cable.
