Report "My 01 2.5 legacy estate lowers itself to the bump stops and occasionally even raises itself! The VDC light flashes to alert me that is about to do 'something, then the engine management light comes on. The manual switch seems to operate 'normally' and will raise the vehicle (most times) if it has lowered itself. The check engine light 'goes out' after leaving the ignition off for some time and the problem may not occur for a few days"
