My 10 G2 is stuck on the 'ARNOVA' screen and isn't recognized by laptop to re-flash
My 10 G2 is stuck on the 'ARNOVA' screen and will not do anything else. It apparently bricked after playing Angry Birds. I'm trying to re-flash the system with my laptop (running Windows 7) shows the Arnova HDD (2 of them). However, the icons are faint and not solid. Click on the icon and a window pops up asking to insert disc. Device manager sees everything correctly, but the USB drivers won't install when the tablet is first connected to the laptop. I went to the device manager to update the USB drivers (it said they were up to date), removed and re-installed the USB drivers to no avail. I also tried all the same methods on a WIN XP machine to see if the tablet was fussy about OS, XP sees the HDDs as solid, but when you click on them it asks to insert disc. I've had this tablet for 6 weeks and never had a problem till recently. If I could get the laptop to see the Tablet correctly I could re-flash and be back to enjoying this tablet...any ideas?
