My 130K Rheem heater on a 5000 gallon splash super pool start and runs fine for 10 or 15 minutes and goes out. It will re-start and do the same thing over and over, out at night and back on in AM
Heater is 5 years old and roll out switch was replaced last year, no visible leaks in the heater but the front seal on the pump has a slow leak.
