My 165000 BTU heater is running for 1-2 minutes and shutting down. It was running fine this morning and started this after i turned it off for a bit and moved it. Would this be a thermostat issue? If so how can i bypass the thermostat to have it run constantly?

It could be a thermostat, or dirty sensor. Clogged fuel screen. Or the pilot is dirty.
