I've had it for about 5 years now and its been working fine till today. I turned on the computor and the screen just stayed pitch black even though I could see the power was on green. I switched monitors (with an old Compaq FS740) and everything looks fine so I know theres nothing wrong with the computor and I've tried all the quick fix ways(restarting, making sure everything is plugged in, banging the monitor and such) but nothing is working.
