My 1983 fleetwood makes a noise when i speed up to 30 to 40ish mph. it started when my car got towed and because they didnt use a flat bed it slipped and my rear end is out towards the passenger side more now. does that have anything to do with the noise?

It is rear wheel drive so there are not alot of options, something like one or both of the control arms my be bent.
