Does it have spark? If not, 90% sure it's a distributor. I still to this day keep a spare D, B, and F series distributor in the trunk of my car to bail out all my Honda buddies when their "dizzy" drops out. Usually, it's one of the three pickup sensors in the distributor that goes dead. Start by checking for good, clean, spark. If you have good spark, go to fuel, then compression. But with as often as the Dizzy goes dead at this cars age, start there...
