Report "My 1993 toyota truck ,22re engine, starts fine and runs fine of morning when cold, just as temps starts to move in about 2 miles driving, starts smuthering like running out of fuel, and you can start pumping gas pedal and it will run for another few minutes then stalls completly, after total stall, it crank for long while, only starting back if you hold gas pedal to floor, and when starts it smokes black gas smoke and barley runs for about 45 seconds, then it straghtens up and runs fine , untill next cold start, repeats thes steps every morning"
