If the engine is turning over, you have chekced the starter, coil pack and all that fun stuff...well bad news
You happen to have an eagle talon tsi, which has the 4g63 engine in it, mitsubishi made this wonderful engine great, but it has a major flaw, a very common problem for the 4g63 is called "crankwalk" its when the bearings in the crank break, and some other things cause this, but none the less, the crank moves (walks out) and destroys the reluctor ring and crankshaft position sensor, basically you have to rebuild the bottom end of your engine or just get a new one, I have had 3 talons and eclipses with this engine and 2 of the 3 have done this to me.
Sorry if this is your problem but no point in waisting time looking at minor reasons.

I am guessing the starter turns over, but the engine won't start?
Okay, lets say you are getting spark, and the timing has been checked and verified to be correct, I would check the fuel pressure and the injectors.
