Check the deflection of the belt...When pressing on top of the belt - in general; should not flex any more than three quarters of an inch, up or down. If belt is too loose - tighten.
Another thing you can try is belt dressing; available at your local parts store.
If continues, remove belt and check the condition of idler pulleys.
