Report "My 2000 Lincoln towncar makes a loud rumbling noise while driving at times. sometimes it lasts for a few seconds and sometimes it is so loud it shakes the entire car. But still the car rides like a dream when it's not doing it. In fact I just took a roundtrip of over 500miles without a problem. Still I would like to know what the car is doing because it is starting to do it very frequently. Before it would do it every now and again with months in between. Now I can't seem to drive the car without it happening"
