My 2003 KX 125 will not start. Replaced all jetting down one size mixture was to rich 400 main, 35 pilot, needle pistion 2. Also clean the carb found no problems with build up or reed damage. Check fuel line for build up no problem there. Took plug out and check for spark, bike gets a nice hot blue spark everytime but the plug is dry not a once of gas or oil on it. Check compression all is good. Only problem i can see is pipe is leaking a little oil and every 4-5 kick start tries i get a back build of pressure and aloud hiss out the back end. I had a gold series FMF pipe on it replaced it back to stock, hissing went away but still will no fire up. Any help would be greatly appercaited
Top end is going. have the cylinder checked out to see if there is any scoring around it (lines in the cylinder due to usage, and from metal on metal contact)..have the same exact bike and had the same exact problem. ur top end is going and you should replace it
Have the fuel **** on unhook the line into the carb make sure fuel pures. if it does reconnect. next there is a drain screw on the bottom of the carb unscrew it a few times make sure fuel flows from the bottom of the carb if it don't check your needle and seat make sure the ruber on the end of the needle isn't swelled because of the ethenol they are using in the gas now. if you have fuel. try holding your hand over the back of the carb to plug it off completely and have someone try to kick start it a couple of times. if working corectly your should get fuel on your hands and might crank. if so there is a cloged fuel mixture port etc hope this helps,
