My 2005 Chevy suburban is stuck in 4hi every time I try and switch to 2hi it will only blink it also will not go into 4lo but I do not have a service light on my dashboard that's says service 4x4 what could be wrong with it?

Did you have it in neutral when you pressed the button. mine wont go in 4 low any other way. and there is a switch on the transfer case that could be the problem if it wont switch
