head lights work perfect, key off? if not fix that first. easier x 1000.
key on all cluster warn lamps come on as the oper. guide states? yes/no? sure it can be a fuse, any time any thing electrical fails , check fuses. all cars, and all machines. next is to attach the scan tool (above things ok) and see the scan DTC error codes. after cranking for 5 seconds see CMP , CKP or spark failures or scanned RPM at 0? all EFI cars cut fuel for dead spark. by law and fire safety.
