My 2007 Saturn Sedan has been having problems. My radio stopped working, my dome light continuously stays on and my alarm will go off if I lock it. Also, my clicker doesn't honk when I press the lock
I also unplugged all the fuses both under the hood and under the driver side panel and left them out for 10 minutes. Still didn't work. I have to unhook my battery every time I go somewhere :(

Suggest you take car to an ELECTRICAL Automotive shop and have them do a diagnosis.
They should tell you what the precise problem is.
