My 2008 nitro, at 25,000km has no heat! The dealer has replaced the thermostat, this didn't resolve the problem. I have since been told that although it's ''extremely rare'' (''30 worldwide'')I may have a clogged heater core!? Grrrr How does this happen? What should I watch for? Can this cause other issues? please help

I put in new blend door box, thermostat, and water pump. still no heat. it will somtimes blow warm air from the 2 middle vents and the passenger side vent .the drivers side is always cold. it wont blow warm air at all if you put the fan blower switch past the second setting.
I would 99% doubt its a clogged core. Have the blend door checked (its a door that cycles between hot and cold)
