When I attach the bassinet/toddler seat and have it forward or rear facing in the toddler seat set up I can not pull up on the grey lever that's behind the head rest to get the seat to recline or adjust to the recline positions. I can not find the manual online either for this model to trouble shoot if I've attached the seat into the adapters correctly.
