With thumb drives, you usually do not need a new driver. Try this:
1. Open Finder 2. Applications 3. On the left column, you should see your thumb drive. Click on it. 4. Click on the "Erase" tab near the top 5. For "Format:" select "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)" 6. Click on the "Erase..." button
