What kind of a lot of testing have you done so far? Try this, remove the gas cap then take it for a cruise if it's good check the fuel tank vent or vent valve for restriction or an electrical problem. Check for codes if you can. The fuel pump can act like this but rarely. I hope this helps. Take care. If you have more questions use comment and it will show up in my Email.
You need to check the fuel pressure, many parts stores will loan you the gauge just connect it to the fuel rail test port and see if the pressure holds as the engine dies if the pressure goes away replace the fuel pump and if the pressure stays steady check for codes. This doesn’t sound like a mechanical problem so it has to be electronic. The fuel pressure should be 35-45 lbs.You need to check the fuel pressure, many parts stores will loan you the gauge just connect it to the fuel rail test port and see if the pressure holds as the engine dies if the pressure goes away replace the fuel pump and if the pressure stays steady check for codes.
