My 3 week old leapster explora is,nt working , it wont turn off , it stays turned on , but all that is on the screen is a white light, lm not real happy saved up to buy two of them for my girls,and l cant afford to get it fixed or buy another one , p,s its only 3 weeks old kind regards danielle

I understand your frustration. Try removing the batteries and then put them back again and see if that will fix your problem. If it doesn't fix it, return it back where you bought it and ask for a replacement.
I bought a pink one christmas eve so 1 month ago and we are having the same problem I tried to replace the batteries so that worked but the next day after my daughter started playing it it happened again so I took the battery pack off again it worked again but I'm still returning it before its too late!
It might be a factory defect. I hope that they will replace it.
