My 3 year old has changed the language on my sony ericsson w190i phone from english to arabic. I have been trying for hours to get it back to english, but no luck so far. If possible, please help

Just remove your current sim card, get another spare sim card or your friends sim card and insert it in your phone and switch on then follow the instructions for basic setup on your phone and it will directly lead to the language options of your phone, then select the language appropriately
if this did not work go to settings (differentiate menus using the icons) 1st option (general) use your track pad and press it twice this will land on the language menu then press the center button or select button
