Report "My 3.99 Karcher pressure cleaner seems to keep going on,off,on,off when i release the trigger.It used to keep going momentarly when the trigger was released until the pressure built up,then cut off until the trigger was pressed .Now it goes on ,off,on,off and has decreased pressure"
