My 4 year old son got the Woody doll for christmas, and he is so attached to him, he goes everywhere with us. My son has never been attached to anything and this morning he woke up and Woody was in bed with him and his head had popped off. He was very upset and I am very upset because my son has only had Woody for a little over a month and there is no reason his head should have popped off! I cannot fix it either!! My son was very upset and unable to take him for show an tell at preschool today!!!

Hi, i would call the customer service # and tell them exactly what youve written, make sure and throw in the fact that he is upset and wants to take him to show and tell!
no good solution for today, unfortunately. if you get no where with them, try disney itself, they are the best at customer service and usually can intervene on your behalf.
