I just repaired this identical problem on the same model TV. You have a bad power supply (also known as an SMPS). The board is model FSP271-4F02, and is about $75. Unlike the main board for this TV, you can find the power board relatively easily. Try shopjimmy, for example. Replacing the board isn't too difficult if you have a reasonable mechanical ability, have some tools, and are careful.
MY OLEVIA TV WAS WORKING FINE. I TURNED IT OFF AND NOW IT WON'T COME BACK ON. THE LIGHT GOES OFF WHEN. I TURN IT ON BUT COMES RIGHT BACK ON. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT .
We just finished replacing the power supply board. First thing you need to know is that the old cables might not fit the new power supply so you will have to use the new ones provided. Then, at first it didn't work, but we realized that the short cable that goes from slot 4 to the part that is not on the main board. You may need to switch the blue wire. It is fairly easy, but DON'T CUT IT...move it.
