My 57 inch jvc screen will shut off and then the blue light will keep blinking not allowing me to turn it on or off or anything until i unplug it. then its ok for a while? why does it do this?

Convegence ICS is the cause.It dying,replaced the convergence ICS well solved this problems.U know how to solders?Tries Tv repair World.com,Tvrepairkits.com to buy a convergence kit to repair it ur self.The shop will cost u $300 for parts and labors.
