My 741gx-m2 motherboard produces continuous beeps when i turn on the power, when i remove the ram i get a long 1 second beep followed by a few beeps, i return the ram i get continuous beeps but no display

Reset your cmos see if this helps pull the jumper on the jp3 circuit on the motherboard and short the 2 and 3 pins with the power off and unplugged then put the jumper back to 1 and 2 ! the bios settings are wrong and this will reset the bios to defaults.
