My 88 year old parents bought a Shark Euro Pro Steam Mop a while back but lost the manual. I'm not sure what it can and cannot be used on and for. It also has 2 white washable pads. Can this be used to disinfect carpeting if I take the white pad off. Also, with the pad on, is it safe on all types of kitchen flooring? Please give me some guidelines for its general use.
