My 97 blazer will not start battery is hot has a new starter on it new neutral safety switch and starter relay do you think it is in the column

Probably not the column, it is probably the PASSLOCK system. If I remember right, the blazer/ Jimmy were a bit special. If you have a stereo shop close by that installs remote start systems, give them a call.
