My 99 lincoln navigator continues to blow plugs and gaskets, y and when i drive it my rear end is low and i was told that my air suspension needed to have a fuse changed and also it doesnt get full power which in turn is costing me more money on gas and i was told that that may b my converter, please help!

Lets start from your first concern... 1.) your ENGINE is blowing spark plugs out but which gaskets are failing
2.) low rear end.... yes, a bad fuse could cause the rear suspension to sag fuse #109 under the hood is the main fuse 50A then there are 4 additional fuses for the computers and sensor all located in the CJB (central junction box) fuse box under the dash.... Fuse # 2, 4, 6 and 20
3.) a clogged converter could cause a lack of power to test use a vacuum gauge and hook it up to a manifold source... run the engine at idle and vacuum reading should be 18-21psi then run the engine at 2000 rpms and watch your vacuum gauge if the convert is bad, the vacuum will gradually drop
