My 99 Silverado sometimes stalls when I accelerate. Every now and then when I give it too much gas, it shutters, then I hear a backfire noise at the engine area. I have replaced the MAF, Spark plugs, Spar Plug Wires, Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter - still having the problem

You could be losing the catalytic converter, witch is not allowing enough exhast to escape. thats why it happens on acceleration,your trying to push more exhaust out.
