Many reasons it isnt working. How do you know its "full"? If you added any refrigerant yourself, you could have over filled it. Too much and it wont run. The door that controls airflow over the coil inside the car could be broken and in the wrong position.
It could be that the air temperature actuator is bad , but that would be a guess without me checking out the vehicle . You say the A/C system is full of refrigerant , not freon , they don't use freon any more . I would need to hook up gauges to the system an check the pressures , see if the compressor is able to move the refrigerant through the system . The compressor could be worn out inside ,who knows . Why don't you do yourself a favor an have a qualified technician check it .
