Caused by damage to the sensor line attached to the drum. The damage occurs when the motion of the drum in normal action or when it's out of balance, rubs over a period of time against the metal edge of the hole through which it is fed to the back panel, cutting it in two. This is called poor poor design. 1> Remove the top back metal panel from the back of the washer. The sensor is immediately in front of you on the right hand side. 2> Insert a screwdriver between the top and base of the machine on the front and lift it up so you can see the drum inside. You should see a small water line attached to the base of the drum that runs to the back of the top panel and connected to the sensor. Where it runs through the hole to the back panel is where you should see the hole cut in the line. 3> Remove the line with wire pliers and take it to Ace Hardware or Home Depot and get a duplicate. Be aware of the need for the same type of line. If it's too hard you'll end up having to splice ends of the old line on to the end of the new so it will bind to the nozzles.
