Hi The washer is not spinning maybe due to motor not running or due to frozen pulley or broken belt. To confirm where the issue is check if the motor is running, if motor is running then its due to broken belt or frozen pulley. Remove the back lid of the washer and check if the belt is broken or disengaged. If belt seems to be fine then check the pulley. However, if all of these is fine then the door lid switch is defective and due to that the machine is not entering the spin cycle. Inspect the lid switch; its located is inside the washing machine main housing near the door frame. Often you have to raise or open the top or front of the washing machine to get to the switch.
