My air conditioner compresser froze up so my belt broke... i got a new belt put on with out the air conditioner pulley bu tnot it makes a squealing noise... How do i fix the noise problem?

First try to see when the belt is off if any pulley has a slight drag to it.But its possible that the belt might not have enough tension.
