Check the blower motor first .Try the heater see if the fan works for that if so then the problem has to be with the AC unit not sending a signal to the motor . However blower motors are funny they have a relay and they have resisters but the relay only controls the high speed and many times the problem is a bad connection to the motor or the resister so check and clean as best you can all connections with the motor on if it works even for a few seconds you know its a connection issue .
