My alarm light is on and my Utilitech Pro condensate pump will not work
The pump hs been working but we have had some power outages lately. The "power, run and alarm" lights are all lit.

One possibility is that the pump outlet check-valve is blocked. The pump outlet is the piece where the vinyl outflow tubing is connected in the picture below. (Sorry for the poor picture quality - all I had at the time was an old flip-phone.)
Disconnect the hose from the outlet:
Remove (unscrew) that barbed nipple that sticks out:
