My ao smith c48c53a06 jet pump is dead and not tripping the breaker. I verified it has incoming power. Could it be the capacitor? If so what type of capacitor does it use?

Do you have power to cap power after cap --and open winding wont blow breaker all the time as to replacement take spec numbers off motor and model number of unit and either electrical supply or online search
Remove bump on motor and take picture of wiring before removing get numbers off try electrical supply
