My audio remote control stopped working on only the volume. It works to power the receiver up or off, etc., and the volume control works perfect when operated by hand, but no longer with remote
We have two universal remotes and the original. The volume control on one universal remote started malfunctioning and would work at times, but not at other times. It gradually stopped working all together on the volume. Our second universal remote continued to work on volume for several days after the first remote quit. Now neither remote will operate the volume, nor will the original remote. All codes seem to be right as all remotes will turn the receiver off and on and function normally except for the volume operation.
