My Audio-Technica ATH-M50 headphones are unbalanced and I experience a light rattle with heavy bass. The quieter side is the right phone, and this is also the phone that exhibits rattling. I suspect that they were damaged in shipping. I would like to take a look inside, but I'm a bit intimidated

If you suspect they are damaged. call them back its your right as the consumer to find out whats wrong and what they can do to resolve this issue.
