My automatic transmission wont shift out of second gear, anyone got any ideas? I have been told it is the transmission control module, have also bee told it is the ignition module

Run the fault codes
could be a TCM but more likely a servo/ solenoid for the gear
I would say that the car is running so ignition module will not be in the equation
