My automatic window does not work and the window is down. the motor seams to be getting power with no response. how do i manually put the window up until i replace the motor?
If you hear the motor turn or try to turn the regulator cable is most likely snapped and wound up in one of the pulleys. You will have to remove the door panel and cut the cable with some tin snips or a similar tool. You could then pull the window up and wedge a piece of wood in the door panel to hold the window up. The regulator / motor assembly is only about $150 from the dealer. Check out this link for some pictures and step by step instructions on removing your door panel.
