My Averatec 5400 series laptop's screen is going out and if it's held at the right angle I can see it. The problem is when I hook up an external monitor, the boot screen comes in fine and I can exit set up. The windows logo starts up then the screen goes blank. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. Your list of products does not have my model and asks to enter a valid product. It will not accept 5400 so I listed the 3200. Thanks for any help.
