MY BACK WINDOW FELL OUT OF THE CONT. TOP. The car is a 05 with 9000 miles garage kept but the dealer and everyone else I contacted told me I have to by a whole new top? Can't the window be sealed back to the top? I purchased a 2005 Crysler Crossfire two weeks ago and my back window fell out. The dealership also told me that I have to replace the top to fix this problem. I am looking for a solution to this problem

Ya actually they only have a 3 year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. So unfortunately you are right outside of it. Though I would contact chrysler directly as that is pretty ridiculous to expect you to pay for it when the vehicle is that low of mileage and that new. If you take it to any place that replaces convertible tops depending on the type of window if it is glass or not, they can put a new one in/repair the existing one.
