My Bajaj Pulsar's carburetor is giving problem. I am getting black smoke and also sometimes there is overflow spillage of petrol whi;le it is standing. Further intially the RPM indicating are high. Can anyone help me. Whether I have to change the carburetor

Black smoke sounds like its running rich. and fuel leaking out is probably due to either a fuel soaked carb float and or a bad needle and seat.
You should get your carb checked for a possible rebuild.
Ur choke is not workin properly n the carb float is stickin causin fuel leakage--u shud get a repair manual and read how to disassemble it for cleanin and ajustment
